From amazing seats on our Delta Flight, hotels, Island excursions, wine adventures, and sailboat excursions our trip will be nothing but perfect! I have traveled a lot but have never used a travel planner. What a difference! So nice to arrive at the airport with everything arranged and a driver to meet us. Booked an "Amazing" ski vacation with Lori and her company Cruise Planners. Everything was done! It was so simple and no stress. Flight, car rental, accommodations, skiing etc. And when we had a medical issue she reached out and the insurance she advised us to get, instead of the recommended insurance? Well it kicked in. No one plans on ever using it right?

My husband and I have booked cruises before with Lori and had amazing times! She has always been so professional and truly gets to know what is more important to us so that we have a truly phenominal vacation! However, in a recent lapse of judgement we just quickly booked a cruise through the Royal Caribbean website. Well, then hit a pandemic and 3+ hour long wait times with the cruise line. Not only have we wasted countless hours trying to get everything squared away, we also have future cruise credits we can't seem to get applied anywhere.Needless to say this is why you should 100% never book a cruise without the care and expertise of Lori Haigwood! Time is money and my time is waaay more valuable than to book a cruise without her ever again. Lori is who we will be booking with for all future cruises. To save your time too; I highly recommend you do as well. My husband and I have booked cruises before with Lori and had amazing times! The Sunset Cruise, Champaign and hotel Credit were all icing on the cake. I’ve never been on a all inclusive package like this one. You could leave your room without any cash in your pocket and know that you would not be asked sign anything or tip for anything. WE RECOMMEND SANDALS HIGHLY.

We had a marvelous two weeks. The Viking company and all its employees treat each and every customer as if he/she is the only one on board the ship. The tours, both included and optional, are well planned leaving nothing to the imagination.
